Happy Friday everyone! :)

Stepping away from the normal vein of discussing the ins and outs of publishing, I’m looking forward to seeing what YOU have to say.

My TGIF question for this week is based on my goal of a fun, workfree weekend. It’s a rarity on this end, and I’ve decided it would be entertaining (and a good idea) to poll everyone.

The question is: What are you reading for fun right now?

Yes, it’s that simple. I’m looking for some new books to read. Bring it on!

Despite some evidence to the contrary, I love Austen over action most of the time so I’m currently re-reading Persuasion. After that, I’m working my way through Janet Evanovich’s Stephanie Plum series! 🙂

Seven Day Suicide, by me… j/k, I couldn’t help it… I’m actually just doing some light reading while working on my second novel and trying to push my first.

To better answer your question – I’m mostly just dabbling in pregnancy books/ magazines. (I’m expecting my 2nd baby this August. My 1st child is an 11-yr-old boy. I’m a little rusty.)

I’m reading American Gods (Neil Gaiman) right now. Very fun. Another good summer book, though I’m not actually reading it right now, is Gun, With Occasional Music (Jonathan Lethem). Happy reading!
