Have you read the newest Authors Guild Bulletin?

Per receiving the Quarterly edition of the Authors Guild Bulletin, here’s my regular encouragement that it’s worth your time and money to join and support The Authors Guild.

Some highlights of my perusal:

1. LOTS of books I want to read.   So plan on future posts about those books after they’ve been read.

2.  A fantastic quote from Along the Publishers Row“Books are the main source of our knowledge, our reservoir of faith, memory, wisdom, morality, poetry, philosophy, history and science” by Daniel Boorstin, historian and former Librarian of Congress.

3. Lots of discussion on contracts, which is always important information to know.  Multiple articles, all worth reading

4. An interesting excerpt from the NY Times, “Who Owns Sheet Music?” by Jason Robert Brown.
